<description>Every year, the Texas Tourism board hosts travel agents from around the world in an effort to sell Texas as a travel destination. These are called familiarity (or FAM) tours. We armed each FAM tour group with a Twitter feed, a camera crew, and an itinerary, and recorded the ensuing hijinks.

After we edited out all the violence and foul language, we wound up with this video, which was shown at the Texas Tuesday luncheon during the 2010 Travel Association Conference.

<description>Nationwide Insurance wanted a fresh look and feel for their brand, consisting of both internal and consumer components. An internal Web site launch would kick off the re-brand, providing a place for employees to share stories, upload photos and find volunteer opportunities in their neighborhoods. From there, a Geo-targeted consumer launch would position Nationwide as being truly "On Your Side."
